Version 1.3.1: Improved Meta and Internationalization

Version 1.3.1 improves the meta-information. Please update the system folder and the theme folder. Version 1.3.1 was updated again in the evening of 09.01.2020 with internationalization.

The release includes:

Internationalization: Select italian or english language for the author dashboard.
Meta: Meta-tabs are added to raw mode now.
Meta: Create new meta-tabs with a plugin (read the docs for details).
Meta: All field-types are implemented for meta-tabs now (with some limitations).
Meta: Created date is added as standard meta.
Meta: Select a manual date for the article.
Meta: New logic for author field is implemented (account name of the logged in user with a fall back)
User: You can add a first and last name that can be used in themes for the author name.
UX: Configuration forms for plugins are not validated in frontend anymore. Required fields are only validated if plugin is activated.
Bug: Folder-scan is improved so that it does not render an empty list-item for an unpublished folder.
Documentation is updated and forms are described in a separate chapter.
