The updated Math Plugin for Typemill version 2 is now available and free to use. Compatible with Typemill 2.9.0 and higher, this plugin is ideal for educational content, scientific papers, and technical documentation requiring mathematical notation.

The plugin seamlessly integrates with the visual editor and supports both KaTeX (faster, with included dependencies) and MathJax (loaded from a public domain).

Highlight and Clipboard Plugins: Enhance Code Presentation

Two new free plugins have been released to improve code examples in your content:

  1. Highlight Plugin: Brings syntax highlighting to your content, making technical documentation and coding tutorials more readable and visually appealing.
  2. Clipboard Plugin: Allows readers to quickly copy code snippets or text blocks with a single click.

Both plugins are designed to work seamlessly with Typemill version 2, enhancing the presentation and usability of code-related content.

CMSstash.de Relaunch: A Typemill Showcase

I will regularly showcase interesting use cases for Typemill websites, providing inspiration and practical examples for your own projects. I start with CMSstash.de, that has been relaunched with Typemill version 2 recently. CMSstash was a highly popular review website for content management systems before it fell asleep three years ago. While some of the content is currently outdated, I plan to update the website regularly going forward.

CMSstash.de was the first website to go live with Typemill, serving as a long-standing demonstration project. The site continues to be an invaluable resource for identifying improvements in Typemill's production environment. It was also a source of new features and plugins like the eBook-plugin.

As always, you can check all the changes I've made in version 2.9.0 in the detailed changelog.
